Opportunities Available: 

Training & Talent Specialist (Full-Time) - Doral Office

We are actively seeking a Training and Talent Specialist to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of various training methodologies and strong communication skills to engage diverse groups within the credit union.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in attracting, hiring, and developing talent to align with the credit union’s mission and goals. The role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and designing, implementing, and delivering effective training programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and retention.

Loan Clerk (Full-Time) – Doral Office

We are seeking a professional individual to join our team as a Loan Clerk at our Main Office. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, process, and cancel Electronic Cash Management (ECM) payments.
  • Process paid-off loans, including lien satisfaction and title release for vehicle loans.
  • Track and manage daily vehicle insurance notices, including processing all aspects of Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) and insurance verification.
  • Promote and cross-sell optional credit union insurance products and services.
  • Process member-requested loan modifications and changes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle incoming mail and payments for the Lending Department.
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and personalized service to members and internal teams.
  • Provide administrative support to the department, assist with special projects, and offer backup as needed.

Teller (Part-Time) - Doral Office

We are looking for a member-focused, responsible, personable person to join our team as a part-time teller. We are searching for someone who can:

  • Accurately process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, Visa® cash advances, and issuance of cashier’s/official checks.
  • Balance cash drawer daily in accordance with credit union policy.
  • Educate members about credit union products and services, and identify opportunities to cross-sell to meet their financial needs.
  • Deliver courteous, timely, and professional service to all members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance guidelines at all times.
