MPS Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Quality Control Specialist to join our team.
As our Compliance & Quality Control Specialist, you will support the credit union’s compliance program, ensuring adherence to all applicable federal and state regulations, internal policies, and best practices.

We are searching for someone who will:
- Monitor and review daily, weekly, monthly BSA/AML reports and alerts for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Assist in the investigation and documentation of suspicious activity; prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) as required.
- Assist in fraud and compliance investigations and documentation.
- Perform file maintenance functions across deposit, loan, and member account records to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct quality control reviews on operational transactions and loan documentation.
- reviews operational work for compliance with credit union policies and regulatory standards.
- Support audits, regulatory exams, and compliance reporting.

As our Executive Secretary/Administrative Assistant you will be responsible of providing high- level support to our President/CEO. This is a key role in exercising confidentiality and discretion all the while being part of the “people helping people” philosophy of our credit union.
We are searching for someone who will:
- Provides a variety of administrative activities including research, report preparation, informational requests and clerical support.
- Assists management with board material preparation, record and distribute board attendance and minutes.
- Assist in scheduling and/or arranging appointments, meetings, business trips, etc. for President/CEO, board members, or other members of the senior management team when needed.
- Responsible for maintaining the calendar of events and schedules for the President/CEO.
- Ordering and fulfilling office supplies.
- Responsible for handling credit union mail (sorting, distribution, processing outgoing).
- Coordinate special projects and support credit union initiatives as needed.
MPS Credit Union is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and service/member-focused Recovery Solutions Specialist to join our team at our Main Office.
As a Recovery Solutions Specialist, you'll be essential in helping our credit union maintain financial wellness through effective recovery of delinquent loan/accounts, while upholding our values of compassion, fairness, and exceptional member service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a helpful and positive attitude.
- Monitor and Collect past due accounts & loan payments and/or recovering collateral.
- Update files and document via the credit union’s recovery system.
- Secure credit bureau reports. Skip trace on loan accounts. Maintain accurate data for repossession log, charge-off list, etc.
- Research and solve routine member questions, problems, and complaints concerning credit union accounts/loans and ensure proper follow up and satisfaction.
- Research payroll deductions, tops, starts, and changes as they may affect the status of a loan repayment.
- File all claims related to collateral damage, total loss, disability/life insurance, and GAP coverage.
- Cross-sell credit union product, promotions and services.
- Responsible for approximately 80-100 outgoing/incoming calls a day.

As a Loan Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the Lending Department through accurate processing, effective communication, and outstanding member service. You’ll help maintain smooth lending operations and ensure our members’ needs are met with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, process, and cancel Electronic Cash Management (ECM) payments.
- Process paid-off loans, including lien satisfaction and title release for vehicle loans.
- Track and manage daily vehicle insurance notices, including processing all aspects of Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) and insurance verification.
- Promote and cross-sell optional credit union insurance products and services.
- Process member-requested loan modifications and changes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle incoming mail and payments for the Lending Department.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and personalized service to members and internal teams.
- Provide administrative support to the department, assist with special projects, and offer backup as needed.
