Opportunities Available:
We are actively seeking a Training and Talent Specialist to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of various training methodologies and strong communication skills to engage diverse groups within the credit union.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in attracting, hiring, and developing talent to align with the credit union’s mission and goals. The role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and designing, implementing, and delivering effective training programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and retention.
We are seeking a member-focused, professional, and friendly individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative at our Main Office.
We are searching for someone who will:
- Serve as a source of information to fulfill all members or potential members' inquiries
- Assist prospective members in processing membership applications whether in person or electronic
- Provide effective administrative support for loan processing activities
- Match an individual’s needs to credit union products and services
- Handles member account inquiries and problems
We are immediately looking for a member-focused, outgoing, personable persons to join our team as a Contact Center Representative, this is a hybrid work opportunity. The designated branch to report to when needed will be the Doral office.
**Saturday schedule is required**

- Responsible for answering approximately 100 calls a day
